Embattled golfer Tiger Woods is never done saying he's sorry -- for proof, all you have to do is look at the letter recently obtained by a local Orlando TV station. In it, Tiger apologizes to his daughter Sam's day care center for having to put up with an increased paparazzi presence:
"We hope that the paparazzi will find something better to do with their time in the near future."
Unfortunately, the irony for Tiger is that much of his PR strategy has backfired on him. While many people could applaud him speaking from the heart upon asking the media at Friday's televised conference to "leave [his] family alone," it has ultimately had an adverse effect in everyday life. People now know that these actions make him angry, and some paparazzi may be thinking that a potentially angry Tiger equals a fantastic story.
Sam's day care center is only one of many spots watched by photographers. Reporters are also frequently camped near Tiger's home along with wherever Elin happens to be at the moment.
The family recently flew out to Arizona, where Tiger is rumored to be finishing up his sex rehab treatment.
Did Tiger do the right thing by apologizing to the day care center? Let me know what you think below.
